Terms & Conditions

1. Services
All services provided (massage therapy and Reiki) are intended for relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. These services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to the session. Services may be refused or modified for safety.

3. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full session fee.

5. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while still being charged the full amount.

6. Professional Boundaries
This is a professional wellness practice. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

7. Right to Refuse Service
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion for safety, comfort, or ethical reasons.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and assume responsibility for their health and well-being.
